Isabelle’s passion for real estate was ignited after selling two of her own luxury properties in San Francisco. A robust search for a new home ensued. She discovered properties that, while not right for her, would be ideal for other people she knew. With her notable background in high-end residential interior design and architecture, the transition to real estate was a natural, obvious career progression.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

A consummate professional, Isabelle’s achievements as a creative entrepreneur in the design industry give her a distinct advantage in real estate. Her eye for detail honed from decades of experience working as an Interior Designer, Fashion Designer and in Strategic Corporate Design for Fortune 500 clients empowers her to market your property in a compelling and elegant manner. She has an innate ability to interpret your home and showcase its best assets to position it to achieve its maximum value. She implements change using bold, fresh ideas to reveal a property’s true character and highlight its greatest potential.

Prior to her Interior Design career, Isabelle founded two high-end women’s clothing lines that she sold to Nordstrom, Macy’s, Barney’s New York and numerous stores throughout the USA and Japan. She designed, manufactured, marketed, sold and delivered a high-quality product to meet the standards of major department stores within a strictly enforced deadline. She established financial banking relationships with local factoring firm for accounts receivables funding, managed bank merchant accounts and accounts receivables/payables. She was featured in WWD magazine, “Designers:  The Ones To Watch”.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Isabelle’s lifelong affection for interior design and architecture began in the Garden District of New Orleans, where she was born a fourth-generation Louisianan. At age nine, her family moved to Boulder, Colorado.   She was captivated as her mother transformed their newly constructed, modern house on the greenbelt into an elegant home, combining the past with the now. The natural beauty of the west fostered her love of horses, hiking, cycling, tennis and running. Nearby Aspen added skiing.

A local resident for over thirty years, Isabelle lived in an historic home in Pacific Heights, San Francisco for two decades with her late-husband, Arnold Laub, Esq. They were very active socially and politically, including their roles as National Finance Co-Chairs for a leading US Presidential candidate. Isabelle is descended from a family of judges and lawyers (including her great grandfathers Charles Austin O’Niell, Louisiana Supreme Court Justice who served 33 years on the bench, and Percy Saint, Attorney General of Louisiana), brokers, artists and entrepreneurs. Her father, a former real estate broker/developer, founding partner of a mortgage brokerage, software developer and current app developer, is her mentor.
